Normally you have access to that part.
Go to the main page and then to gallery, there you have a button with '+submit to this gallery'. If you hit that button it will lead you to the place where you can upload your work.
Or if you upload a new picture to your gallery it will ask if you want it to add to the group too.

i don´t see the button of submit in this gallery :S
I can't see it how you see it because I have access to more facilities. But if I look to the other groups where I am in there is standing a button Contribute to this gallery. That is the one that should lead you to the process for submitting art.
Otherwise if you go to the home page of the group you will see a blue box. Or it is hidden or it isn't. If it is hidden you click on Undo Hide. And than there is a button telling you contribute art.
